It is non-chill-filtered and uncut. Larceny Barrel Proof B523 is 124.4 proof. Each release in this program ages six to eight years, bottled straight from the barrel. The proof and flavors vary by release, but the mash bill remains the same: 68% corn, 20% wheat and 12% malted barley. Blood Oath Pact 9 is a masterful union of three well-bred ryed bourbons. One, an oaky 16-year-old. Two, a luscious 12-year-old. And three, a 7-year-old finished in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks which carries the aroma of sweet sherry while satiating the palate with dark fruit, molasses, chocolate and tobacco. This is the 2023 limited release in the lineup. Yellowstone American Single Malt is made with 100% malted barley. Like any member of our family, Yellowstone American Single Malt Whiskey stems from previously established roots. Nearly everything we’ve perfected across seven generations of distilling presents itself in this bottle. Much like the park for which it’s named, this whiskey is a uniquely American icon. One worthy of revisiting.
