Nov 3, 2023
Sola de Vega, Oaxaca, year 2004, in search of mezcals distilled in clay pots, the Fisherman of Dreams finds a “palenque” whose simplicity becomes magic, followed by the surroundings of its nature, where some species of agave grow without stress due to weather conditions; That was the moment when Tío Fernando offered a coyote mezcal, which became one of the Fisherman's favorites. After a long journey positioning the Santa Sabia mezcal brands in Europe and other parts of the world, the Fisherman of Dreams decides to invest in this ancestral palenque treasure.
The creation of Tío Pesca defines the current moment of Santa Sabia linked to the past, expressed in an endemic Sola mezcal with its 4 expressions:
Coyote, Mexicano, Tobalá and Arroqueño.
