Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Bourbon & Rye - PLUS 15-year Old Kentucky Bourbon (Release #11)

I'll be trying Doc Swinson's new Alter Ego Triple Cask Bourbon and Alter Ego Rye. Plus, I'll found out how good the 11th Release of Doc Swinson's 15-year-old Cask Strength Kentucky Bourbon is! Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Bourbon is finished in two different types of Sherry Butts (PX & Oloroso), Cognac Puncheons and a long resting period in ex-Cognac Foeders to finish the marrying process. Doc Swinson's Alter Ego Rye is aged in Solera Pyramids of Rum casks and is made up of ryes aged 3, 4 & 6yrs w/ two mashbills, of 95% and 51% Rye. We used our old bourbon barrels (13yr Seagram Bourbon, 12yr TN Bourbon, and MANY more) to age our Rum blend (Trinidadian, Crucians, Venezuelan, Jamaican, etc.), some of the Rum was aged in those Bourbon barrels for upwards of 7yrs. #Bourbon #RyeWhiskey #Bourbon #RyeWhiskey
