Their "West Coast Whiskey" is distilled from 100% malted barley including crystal, chocolate and roasted barley and aged in small, charred American oak casks. Taking its inspiration from stout beer, 117 West Spirits "West Coast Whiskey" has a wave of caramel and toffee sweetness on the palate, while finishing with deep, rich notes of roasted coffee and chocolate.
